Nate Storch, Nate is an experienced financial industry executive with nearly two decades working as an investor, entrepreneur and business builder. Before co-founding Amenity Analytics, he served as Managing Partner of Pilgrim Hill Capital, Senior Portfolio Manager at Swieca Holdings/Talpion Fund Management, Partner and Head of Equities at One East Partners and was Head of Merger Arbitrage Research and Event-Driven Healthcare at Highbridge Capital Management.
Lisa Roberts, is Vice President, Regulatory Program Manager at Nasdaq. In this role, Ms. Roberts oversees the strategic direction and development of regulatory technology systems that support the listing of equities, bonds, and exchange traded products listed on Nasdaq’s six equities and options markets. Ms. Roberts is the primary business owner and named inventor on the patents for Nasdaq’s central corporate compliance system, ExACT (Exchange Analysis and Compliance Tracking). She currently leads a project team that is exploring ways to enhance Nasdaq’s regulatory program by integrating machine learning technology.
Ms. Roberts also serves as the Product Manager for the Nasdaq Listing Center and Reference Library websites and is a major contributor to Nasdaq’s Governance blog, which highlights major issues facing listed companies and serves as a best-practice center for key governance items.
